General Information
When you arrive on Sark you will need £1.80 per person, ideally cash, to get the toast rack (tractor) to the top of the hill. You can also label your luggage using Island Deliveries tags with The Hideaway address and your name and number on, this means they will be safely delivered to us.
Check in is from 3pm with early check in available if the rooms are ready or prior arrangements have been made. We kindly request our guests to check out by 10am to enable us to prepare the rooms for other guests arriving. Late check out is available with prior arrangement for an additional charge.
Please use Island delivery tags and leave your luggage in the box situated by the entrance to The Hideaway at least two hours before your boat departs. These will then be collected and delivered to the boat so you can enjoy the rest of your day. Carters fees are £2.50 per bag and this can be payable on the day. If you let us know when you arrive what time your boat is and how many bags are to be collected, we will happily arrange this for you.
Breakfast is served between 8-10am daily. Any dietary requirements can be catered for with prior arrangement, please do inform us at the point of booking of any requests and we will be able to accommodate your requirements. All of our produce is sourced locally when available.
